Construction Cost: $93 million

As part of a joint venture, Gaston Construction provided construction management services for renovations to the Montgomery County Civic Center complex in Montgomery, AL. The project was anchored by construction of a new 300-room hotel including condominium space, a spa and health club, while the renovation scope included expansion of the exhibition hall and ballrooms as well as additional theater seating in the existing convention center. A new 730-car parking garage was constructed mid-site to serve both the hotel and convention center.
