• A new three-story learning environment center encompassing 391,600 square feet, to accommodate an enrollment of 2,800 students.
• “Magnum program” facility to house specialty classes in the visual and performing arts.
• A new vocational educational facility
• A new gymnasium
• New athletic playing fields for football and baseball
• New tennis courts
