As part of a joint venture, Gaston Construction provided construction management at-risk services for the 1996 Olympic Aquatic Center at Georgia Tech. Featuring 95,000 square feet of both temporary and permanent multi-purpose facilities, the project included a ten-lane permanent competition pool with 4,000 permanent and 11,000 temporary seats, a permanent diving pool, a temporary water polo pool with 4,000 temporary seats, a temporary warm-up pool enclosure, and a foundation for a future permanent roof and enclosure structure.
