GASTON provided construction manager services for the street improvement component of the City of Birmingham’s bond-funded capital improvement program. The work included resurfacing streets, storm sewer and manhole rehabilitation, curb and gutter, curb cuts and related improvements to twenty-three (23) separate city wide street projects.

GASTON’s scope of services included design management, funds management assistance, cost/schedule controls, contract administration, construction documentation and closeout assistance.
