As co-consultants with another firm, Gaston Engineering is providing civil/environmental engineering and related services to support the City of Birmingham’s municipal storm water management program. Gaston Engineering’s scope of services includes field verification and mapping of undocumented storm sewer outfalls and illicit storm water discharges; water quality monitoring; spill prevention and control procedures development; staff training and public education in storm water best management practices; and permit assistance with EPA and ADEM.
