Gaston provided on-site construction management services as a consultant for the renovation of Glen Iris Elementary School. The project scope included:

• A new 36,000 square foot building including 10 classrooms, administrative suite, media center, arts & science lab & gymnasium.
• Renovation of the existing 51,000 square foot building including new interior finishes, new HVAC & upgraded electrical systems.
• Demolition of the existing commercial building.
• Site improvements of the play areas, parking & entry drives.
